I am a very active Real estate broker who is extremely unorganized. I have started using Air Table to manage my Customers who were uploaded from my Microsoft contacts. Now several weeks later I love air table and have been paying our local computer person to program simple Zaps when I imput an activity to show up on my outlook calendar. I would like to find someone very familiar with air table and CRM's to help continue the building of the system so other brokers in my office can use the system.
1. Would like to use the API to have a screen view where I can see every part of the transaction instead of a table clicking through the various tabs. I also would like to have some printable or emailable reports where the owner of a listing can see weekly activity.
2. I would like to have drip campaigns added to customers and leads automatically once they are added into the database as leads or customers similar to contractually system which I also use.
3. I would like to have more automation zaps to notify the owners of listings after a showing and perhaps automatic follow up after I show a client homes thanking them and then sending monthly listings automatically.
