Bar Chart Fixes and additional functions implementation

- Separate the ANIMATION with the INTERVAL config so I can use different values. - Create a label into the .csv file name ‘color’ that can read html color code so I’ll be able to select whatever color I want for a specific bar. - Center the CHART_TITLE config without messing the bar’s value. (Right now if I center it, it’s margina are not in place) - Add config BARS_TO_SHOW so I can be able to display the wanted number of bars. Default is 12 now and can’t be changed. - Rename the [login to view URL] into [login to view URL], directory images/ and rework the current .js file since it points to flags only. - Make a possibility to add an image in before the bar, where the text is currently. - Add an option/label to add extra text before the flag, as in the videos in the examples, and option to color it, mostly white, the color will be same for all the texts inside the bars. - Option to add an image as a background. - I have added TITLE_FONT in order to use a different font type for the title only, but it doesn’t affect the changes. Still don’t know why, and I’ sure I did it the right way.
