Basic chat implementation in python

Step 1) Load a pop-over window like the chat feature at [login to view URL]
- Winow should first appear in top right and float down and settle in the bottom-right (this detail is different than salesforce)
- Should have an X to close window in top-right,
- Should have an _ to minimize the window in top-right
- First it just says "Would you like to Chat" with a confirmation/submit button that says "Start Chat"
- User should be able to interact with the website while the pop-over sits in the bottom-right of the screen.
- Window should have the same "Type your message" submit field where user can type
- Window should have a transcript/chat history section above the box where user can type
- Needs to work in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Brave
Step 2) Integrate chatterbot (python)
- Clicking "Start Chat" to initiate chat
- Chatbot responds by writing "Hello, can i have your name." to the transcript section of the pop-over window

Step 3) User enters name and hits return
Step 4) Chatbot responds, Welcome [name], how can i help you? and offers two options as buttons
Option 1 - Customer Support
Option 2 - Talk to Sales
Step 5 -
If user chooses option 1 chatbot says "Sure thing, what is your phone number?"
If user chooses option 2 chatbot says "Sure thing, what is your phone number?"
Step 6 -
If user chooses option 1 chatbot says "Thanks, and just in case, what is your email?"
If user chooses option 2 chatbot says "Thanks, and just in case, what is your email?"
Step 7 -
chatbot then emails transcript (recipient email to be provided)
I will provide FTP access to site for testing.
Chat solution will be hosted and called from a domain name. Web hosting for domain will be cpanel / linux with Python3 installed
