Hello, we are trying to figure out if there is a better way to use shopify and/or an app to help us with some pain points for taking wholesale and corporate gifting orders. We currently use shopify ecommerce and POS. We also take wholesale customer orders and corporate gifting customer orders in person at tradeshows and over the phone or via email. We currently do not have a good, clean, efficient way to manually input wholesale orders (which are often request delayed ship dates and require invoicing) or corporate orders (corp clients often add on to an existing order and also require invoicing after the order has been shipped and are shipped to hundreds of addresses within a single order - so require an excel import of the gift recipient addresses). If we take the order at the POS and add it to an existing customer profile in shopify it will kick the order over to shipstation to be shipped when the order is actually a pick up in our bricks and mortar store. We are looking for someone who can help recommend the best solution and help fix the issues. Please feel free to bid on this job based on what you feel is required.
