DNN Support - Integrate Active Campaign Form

If you have a solution for integrating standard ActiveCampaign web forms on a DNN site, I'd like to work with you. Here's my page with an Active Campaign Form. [login to view URL] Here's how the form is supposed to look: [login to view URL] The only workaround I have is to iframe the form in the link. I'd prefer to just insert the code but when I do that, the formatting disappears. I've tried inserting as code in standard html module and using DNNSmart Script Manager. Both yield the same stripped down form. Here's an image of the code that is used. (when I paste it here, it actually reverts to the form itself - with the correct formatting even - so why doesn't it work on a DNN site (tried multiple sites versions 8 and 9).
