Frontend Developer, HTML, JS, CSS + Divi

My company (based in London) needs a developer to help finish the homepage of our website. (if this job is successful, we will continue with the other pages, and other website features)
Main skills needed:
- Experience of frontend development with good HTML, CSS and JS skills
- Able to be creative with CSS to solve problems and create interesting layouts
- Ability to make a complex web page responsive
- Experience with custom made Wordpress sites and themes
- Understanding of or willing to learn the Divi builder (or suggest alternative)
Preferable (when you quote, please tell me which of these you have / don't have):
- A stackoverflow presence
- A git presence
- Examples of work you've done recently
- A way we can have quick video chat

We started developing the home page in Divi based on a custom design (so not using any existing template. We need to get it finished as soon as possible, so we are looking for someone who can quickly see the issues and has enough experience to fix them.
