We are an independent Web Dev company, specialized in providing off-work for all our projects. We hire web developers to do small tasks and pay per project. If we later like our collaboration then we may hire you and offer more permanent work. This is our first time on this site, so we will start with a small job with a PSD design that needs urgent implementation as front-end HTML, CSS, jQuery. The implementation should be responsive and it should look pixel perfect 1on1 with the design. Of course, the design needs to be the same in Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari, IE10 - please use your best judgment for the other responsive views (smaller mobile, tablet, laptop, large desktop screens).
