I am looking for something pixel-perfect responsive psd to html coding. 1. The component is a full-screen slider / carousel with two frames. What you'll produce is the necessary HTML and CSS to build what's provided in the included mock-up. 2. It's a requirement to do any responsive coding. I would much prefer to see any attempt at javascript / jQuery. Ideally, I would like to see SCSS over straight CSS. 3. Provide an outline to your approach to the task, and thoughts on converting this design to code.

Hi, thanks for your good post. I have read your description very carefully and let me explain about brief steps for html design. First, to convert into html web pages using html/css/js/jquery, it is important to make sense about design sketch. That design sketch should show screen structure, and correct position of each UI components, for more better, font style/color, padding size, responsive UI structure, etc .. Base on this sketch file, html designer will divide each component according to each component's position and usage, feature. When it is finish perfectly, project will be closest around success. And then, divided components should be combined step by step according to sequence from header to bottom. and then desktop design will be completed successfully. At last step, full responsive design feature will be applied into project. These are brief design steps into html web page.
