I currently have a email newsletter created in outlook 2010, the email looks great and perfect size but the email is very zoomed in on the new version of Outlook 2015+.

I want the email to be same size for both email clients and also viewable by mobile, it currently works on mobile and is decent size.

I also want three buttons in the newsletter that keep moving out of place to lock them in position.
