2 Page Website - Highlight Images with Keyboard

This will be 2 pages. Page 1 is just a simple login page with one username and password. This only needs to be made one time, but I need to be able to change it as needed (I can edit the file myself).
Page 2 -
The user selects if they will show 1, 2, 3 or 4 images (from pulldown menu). Once they do, default images will show up.
Then they select a name for each image (a pulldown menu or some other way - they will have 5 name choices - PLAINTIFF, COURT, WITNESS, DEFENSE, DEFENSE 2)
Then they can change the images they will use for each image (there are 10 choices).
So if they selected 4 speakers, PLAINTIFF, COURT, WITNESS, DEFENSE, and then the images in the example, the final page would look like the attached image (Master_Page).
ACTION - The key is that when a user presses the A button on their keyboard, the first image would change to the same image, but one with a yellow square around it. The second image would be the S key, third the D key, fourth the F key. I've attached the highlighted images.
Here is an example of the final effect I am hoping for - [login to view URL] You will see how she changes the speaker by selecting the image she wants to speak. She is using Flash or PowerPoint - I want to do this on a website.
That's it. If someone can show me a demo, I'll give extra consideration. Otherwise, I will consider experience, bid amount and communication.
