Python Webscraping Project

I need someone to write a webscraper in Python to:
- scrape a specified list of news websites (some login required)
- extract the data into formatted output
- save the extracted data into an SQL database
- and to compose HTML emails from the output.
The program will perform a daily scrape of the specified websites and generate a daily email to a specified list of recipients, and then save the scraped data to the database.
Project requirements
# Your proposal should specify the Python libraries and database you propose to use.
# The code should be organized, reusable, extensible as I intend to use the webscraper in conjunction with other projects (which I might hire you for if you deliver well on this project).
# You will need to be physically present in Singapore as I will ask you to take me through the code line by line.
# Please specify the relevant experience you have.
# I have scoped this as a simple project but if you have an alternative proposals I am happy to review your suggestions.
