I need to set up wordpress opt-in form where user inputs his NAME and EMAIL and an email will be sent to him automaticaly including a pdf ebook as attachment. Need spam protection via captcha. (im not a robot checkmark). The page will only have 2 things. A heading and the form. Nothing else.
