Update Shopify cart automatically when product is removed from cart

One of my products is sold as a bundle of 8 products which are all added to the cart when the main product is selected. The cart page is currently configured to reduce the quantity of the bundled items to 0 when the main product is removed. However the cart page needs to be manually updated to remove bundle items from the cart. I want this to refresh automatically when main product is removed so the bundled items are also removed.
