Video Cue Point software development

I have the start of a xml driven, video cue point web application. It can already play a video and display an image or text next to the video at a specified time, when those image locations and/or text have been added to the xml file manually. Thus far, the app has been built with html5, jquery, and makes use of [login to view URL] for the syncing of images and text to the video. Ideally, I’d like to use node.js and mongodb for processing, storage and retrieval. If you have ideas to accomplish the same task with different technology I'm all ears, but for now I'd like someone to take this over, and do the following: Build a simple web UI, I can style later if needed, that will allow a user to do the following: 1) Upload and name a video. (Uploading a video creates a newly named version of the xml template file used to facilitate the timing of images and text displaying next to the video.) In other words, each video will have it’s own xml file. 2) After successful upload, redirect user to their library of videos initially sorted by date, but allow user to search by title in this view. 3) Clicking the thumbnail/link for a video in the library takes user to a new view where they can play/stop/seek/rewind/fastfwd the video, AND at any point can: A. Click an "ADD” button that will stop the video and allow the user to upload an image(cropping, if needed to display properly), and add text associated with the current time of the video. A list of each cue point submitted should be displayed with it’s designated time under the video, so that the user can click on a cue point in the list. Doing so, will begin playing the video at that cue point, and of course, display the uploaded image and/or text to the right of the video. Perhaps the list of cue points under the video can auto scroll with the upcoming cue point at the top of the list. Make sense?
