HTTP/2 Client/Server with encrypted and plain text mode

Looking to find a freelancer who can build HTTP 2 Client/Server.

1: the client should be able to send JSON-based requests to any server with different Methods of HTTP/2 methods example GET/POST/PUT/DELETE. USE multiplexing example

2: Server should accept JSON data and should be able to ECHO data transmitted with different HTTP/2 Methods

I have attached a pcap with the project.

you can use okhttp or firefly library

Please go through it and try to implement a client-server based on this pcap.
