We are looking for a HR person in India to outsource our recruitment. We are recruiting for 2 positions. One digital marketing intern (0/1 year of work exp.) and another for software developer (2/4) years of work experience.
The job involves posting jobs across various platforms such as Frapp, Internshala, Letsintern, [url removed, login to view], Hirist etc. Thereon shortlisting candidates and conducting first round of telecon interviews and scheduling in person interviews. The HR person needs to maintain a daily tracker for the same.
We already have postings and access to all the job portals so the person can leverage the existing list of applicants.
