Technical Recruiter responsibilities include:
Writing and posting technical job descriptions
Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms, like UX Designer
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
Write and post technical job descriptions

Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
Requirements :
Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Creating excel sheet of shortlisted candidates and mapping candidates skills
Scheduling candidates interviews
For us, we are looking for part time work and It is remote working so location is not a concern.
Fee structure :
For 4 screen short listed profiles as per JD given, and details of candidate given in predefined excel sheet and cleared by Peritos for scheduling interview : Rs 1600. If we finalise candidate, we will give another Rs 2000 after candidate working with us for 2 months.
Getting candidates is easy as we are looking for part time work for those who are expert in their areas and location is not a concern as our work is remote work.
