HR Recruiter & Interview Coordinator

I need an HR professional who knows the rhythms of Tech and IT hiring inside out. Your day will revolve around calling shortlisted candidates, running a brief screening to confirm culture and skill fit, then lining them up for final interviews with our department leads. All candidate data sits in our Excel-based tracker, so you should feel at home filtering, commenting, and keeping every row current; an organised sheet is what lets the rest of the team move quickly. While most of your contact will be by phone or email, I count on you to maintain a friendly, informative tone so every applicant stays engaged and well-informed about next steps. Beyond recruitment, I may tap you for occasional HR support—sending offer letters, collecting onboarding documents, or updating internal logs—nothing overly complex, just the kind of follow-through that keeps hiring smooth.
