On-Site HR Interview Specialist

I regularly bring shortlisted candidates to our office for their final-round discussions, and the number of sessions has reached a point where I need a dedicated professional on the ground. Your sole focus will be conducting the face-to-face interviews themselves—no onboarding paperwork, training programs or policy work, just solid, insightful interviewing that helps us choose the right people. The roles you will assess are all non-IT, spanning sales, marketing and finance. I will provide you with the job briefs and scoring sheets; you greet the candidates, lead the interview, probe for culture fit and performance potential, then hand me a concise evaluation before the next person walks in. These meetings happen on site, so physical presence at our premises is essential. We compensate by the hour for every interview block, and I am happy to lock in a mutually convenient schedule week by week. Solid HR interviewing experience is a must, particularly with behavioural questioning techniques and panel moderation.
