We are seeking an experienced HVAC Controls Engineer to support the design of a Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS) for industrial applications in hydrogen sulfide environments (paper mills). The system includes a 1200–1500 CFM air handler with integrated purification media and a custom R-410A DX coil (~3 tons). The scope includes selecting a suitable 3–5 ton condenser unit (corrosion-resistant, inverter or multi-stage), and designing a controls package that prioritizes room pressurization (0.05–0.10" w.c.), humidity control (<60% RH), and temperature (<75°F). Controls must integrate with customer BMS systems via BACnet. Sensors will include differential pressure (Dwyer DM-001), humidity, and temperature monitoring. Key Skills Required: -Strong background in HVAC controls and sequence of operations (SOO) design. -Experience with BACnet-based BMS integration. -Knowledge of dehumidification strategies, fan/coil modulation, and psychrometrics. -Familiarity with industrial/corrosive environments and protective measures for electronics.
