Question: Can you confirm the basis-of-design for the workshop: source-capture vehicle exhaust (hose reels/rails) vs dilution only, target ACH with doors closed/open, CO/NO2 setpoints for DCV, any hazardous zoning per NFPA 30A near fueling/repair, internal noise limits for office/waiting, roof structure/available MEP zones and penetration rules, and preferred equipment vendors/controls platform to align shop drawings? Suggestion: I’ll deliver LOD 400 workshop drawings coordinated in BIM: plans/sections/isometrics with SMACNA gauges, hanger/seismic bracing schedules, sleeves/penetrations, curb/equipment pad details, condensate routing, spool maps, valve/damper tag schedules, plus controls I/O and sequence (DCV tied to CO/NO2 and roller-door status). We’ll maintain pressure cascade (workshop negative to office; office neutral to waiting), add ERV for office/waiting OA, and specify corrosion-resistant finishes for the workshop.
