HVAC Shop Drawing Coordination

I need complete mechanical HVAC shop drawings for a 500 m² office fit-out. Cooling and ventilation systems are the only services required. You will be working from the designer engineers DWGs that I will supply & site mark ups. Once Mechanical drawing finalised use this to co-orient other trade, ie fire, electrical trays. All equipment selections will follow the items nominated by the lead consultant, details to be provided. Scope at a glance • Produce fully coordinated HVAC shop drawings in DWG (and matching PDF) • Integrate my existing building plans and reflect ceiling layouts • Allow two rounds of revisions after the first issue to capture consultant comments Once final drawings are accepted, hand over the unlocked DWG files together with a print-ready PDF set.
