Urgent HVAC System Design Engineers

I have multiple projects, ranging from homes and apartment blocks through to office towers, retail spaces, warehouses, and light-industrial plants, and I need complete HVAC designs turned around quickly. Every building requires the full suite—reliable heating and cooling, balanced ventilation, and active air-quality control—so your plans must integrate those three elements seamlessly rather than treating them as add-ons. Because these systems will be submitted for LOCAL PERMITS, every drawing, calculation, and specification must meet the applicable local building codes. If you also work to ASHRAE or other industry benchmarks, that is a welcome plus, but code compliance is the hard requirement. Deliverables WE expect for each building: • Precise load calculations with clear assumptions • Ductwork and piping layouts, sized and routed for efficient installation • Equipment schedules and selection rationale (chillers, boilers, AHUs, controls, etc.) • Control schematics showing how heating, cooling, ventilation, and IAQ components interact • A brief compliance statement cross-referencing local code sections WE work in Revit and AutoCAD; if you prefer other tools, just make sure exported DWG/RVT files stay clean and properly layered.
