I work for a mobile mechanics business and I we are looking for a freelancer who can create a program or app or similar, which will allow our customers to fill out a form on the spot via our iPad (just before we commence work on the job, so we have permission to go ahead with it).
We need the customer to fill out their contact details, and they will also need to sign the form (as it is also a contract/waiver).
We need the signed form for our records, and we also want the form to collect the customers data so that we can have a database of clients and their contact details so we can pull up their records next time and have them sign the form again for their next job, without them having to fill in their details again.
We also need the contact details for our records so that we can email/phone them if needed, and so we know their address if we get called out to their home again for another job.
We will need to be able to have more than one form template, and we will need to be able to edit the forms for each customer.
We use Xero for our accounting, so ideally, it would be great if it could be integrated with this, so that the customers details are saved in Xero as well, once they have filled out the form, and all their invoices and contact details and signed contracts are linked. However if this will make the price dramatically go up, this possibly isn't needed. Please specify if you are quoting with or without this feature.
The closest thing I can find to what I'm looking for is PandaDoc, however there's no creating a database of customers that I can see there, and it's not linked to Xero. But that's the style of form that we were thinking.
