Illustrator for Children's Book Series Promoting Soft Skills

My children's book series (The Dream Series) is loosely based on my own family and is named after my oldest daughter, Dream. As a former teacher who is still invested in the field of education, I have certainly noticed the lack of soft skills - and/or promotion of those soft skills - in and for our children. My books aim to promote those soft skills. Additionally, because my books are loosely based on my own family, I take pride in knowing that people of color will continue to be represented in my children's books. A quick note: I have a rough idea of what I would like illustrations and graphics for my series to look like. I would like them to have a soft, child-like feel. I like simple details and pencil marks (apologies as I do not know the technical terminology). I have attempted illustrations and graphics on my own. I have been leary of seeking an illustrator, but would like to let down my walls by finding someone of great integrity and skill whom I can trust. I have self-published two of my books on Amazon but would like to go a different route with a more professional illustrator with some skill in graphics. My Uploads: The files I have uploaded are images that I have created. The illustrations that I would like do not need to be much different than what I have created - just more professional. "Slide 1" is "The Dream Series" logo. "I Have Nothing to Prove" should give you an idea of (my attempts at illustration using "Paint" and) the simple, child-like feel that I am going for. However, I would like the story illustrations to look more hand drawn and less digital. Bottom Line: I would like to hire an illustrator with some skill in graphics; should be highly skilled (able to achieve desired results, i.e. simple detail, child-like drawings); must have integrity
