To make a video in 3D or motion graphic , or any other method that will help the audience to understand the sequence of incident happed on crude storage tank. The scenario is simple: 1- Rain fall on storage tank roof. 2- As because the level of emergency drain hatch is higher than level of tank pontoon. 3- The rain water entered from the tank pontoon to tank compartment. 4- Tank compartment get filled with water. 5- Tank roof tilted on side.
