Semi-Realistic Illustration Style NEEDED NOW!!

I am in need of a Graphic Artist and illustrator, who can work proficiently and produce excellent quality work. You are required to provide semi-realistic illustrative sketches of characters from different nationalities. Our brand is looking for someone we can work with for the long term. Who takes pride in their work and is very reliable and dependable. We also want illustrators who can communicate effectively on a daily basis to keep us updated on their progress. Must also be a native English speaker who understands and speaks the language well. Our products cater to children mainly between the ages of 0 - 12 years of age.
What we require from you:
We will provide instructions for sketches you must draw by hand or digitally in black and white.
Sketches will then be approved before they are colored.
You must know to use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
You must provide samples of your sketches and after they are approved before you resume colorizing the sketches.
You MUST be comfortable working for $3 USD per hour, working long term for 30 hours per week. Monday to Fridays. And occasionally on weekends for an additional 4 to 5 hours. This budget is not negotiable. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT WORK FOR THIS AMOUNT.
You MUST be able to finish a sketch and color within 5 hours tops! If you know you cannot do this please do not apply.
You must provide samples of semi-realistic illustrative styles you have done before. If this is not provided with your application, will not be considered.
