Two Book Covers, anime style.

I have a cover for a novel (young adult, urban fantasy) done in an anime style. The work was done by Cherly Baez about five years ago. I need covers for two other books in the trilogy. Later, I have two other trilogies in the works that are set in the same universe, so I might need other covers later. I have included a copy of the first cover. Note: I don't have a huge budget at the moment, but I need quotes for when I do.

While I think I know what I want, I am flexible. We can work together to come up with something great.
The other two covers should be like the sample in style. If you want to suggest a replacement for the first cover, we can talk about it My covers need to match. The covers will feature one or two persons/creatures. I understand that will be extra as will a third cover.
