Air Purifier Cut-away image update (Vector)

I have a very low qulaity cut-away image of a air purifier I am marketing, and I would like to have a high quality vector image created. Two models, 90% similar to each other. The "advance" model has an extra stage, and the "basic" model is almost exactly the same, missing the extra stage that the advance unit has. The labels of the parts will need be in a four languages, but essential, its a single illustration with some very minor variation. The "languages" just means the text labeling of parts shown in the illustration. English, Spanish, French, and Chinese. We will provide the translated text once the English draft illustration has been sent to us. The file "tracs_schematic" is the old low resolution image I want you to re-create as a vector. The file "traces_internal" is an old photograph. The current unit is slightly modified, and I'll send a picture of the current two models to base your vector illustration on. In addition the .ai file should be "unlocked", as we might want to shows the "layers" animation drawing on our website. The actual animation is not part of this project, but the .ai file you give to us show have the layers logically designed to make it easy to be adapted for a animation (no flash, no .swf) in the future by you or another freelancer in the future. If you have the skills to make such an animation without the use of Flash / .swf, please indicate in your bid and the cost for this additional work. I have also included some cut-away images from two rival machines. Some of the elements that were used in these other rival cut-aways can be incorporated into the cut-away you do for us. The file "[login to view URL]" is from a rival. I like how it shows the air flow. The file "[login to view URL]" also shows air flow. Indication of airflow is needed. On our unit, "dirty" air comes in from the sides of the unit towards the top. "Clean" air leaves the unit from the sides at the bottom of the unit. The bottom vent is angled to channel air upward, creating good circular airflow within a room. IMPORTANT: Bids/proposals will only be considered if you include the words "I have looked at your files." If you do not include these words in your bid or proposal, we will not look at your proposal.
