Removing and moving a cord in Photoshop is a clean masking-and-clone job, nothing tricky about the table texture matching. I'd shoot it flat on the table with a soft, natural coil so it doesn't look pasted in. Done plenty of retouching work like this, 139 reviews at 4.9 on here.
