Carry Bag Import Partner Needed in india

I’m planning to bring a mixed range of carry bags into India and need a dependable import partner on the ground to take the shipment from factory door right through to my warehouse. While paper bags in multiple sizes will form the core of the order, I’m also open to other bag types that meet our quality and price targets, so flexibility is important. Your job is to guide the entire import cycle—co-ordinating with suppliers, arranging freight, clearing customs and managing final delivery. Key tasks you’ll own: • Pinpoint the correct HS codes, duties and paperwork for assorted paper carry bags. • Secure all mandatory certifications or compliance documents before the goods sail. • Book freight, handle insurance, file customs entries and clear the goods smoothly. • Organise inland transport up to my Chennai facility (address shared after award). What I need from you to award the project: • Your import licence number and categories you normally handle. • Two or three recent examples of packaging or paper-related imports you managed. • Typical lead times and freight partners you work with for East-Asian routes. Deliverables: 1. Detailed cost and timeline schedule approved before shipping. 2. Digital copies of every import document (BoL, packing list, duty challans, etc.). 3.
