Adobe InDesign Automation Needed - Very Simple Project

I have an Adobe InDesign INDD file which incorporates a data merge to create a customized file.
I need to be able to call a batch file/script from a command line that will:
a) open the INDD file, allowing the merged data to populate
b) export the merged file as a .pdf into a directory specified in the command line arguments
That's it. The deliverable is just the script which will open the INDD file, and export it to PDF.
However, we need this as soon as possible.
