Non-Fiction Book Cover Design

I need a skilled designer to take my AI-generated concept and preliminary design for a memoir book cover and turn it into a finished, typeset, and print-ready design and turn the 76,000 word manuscript into a print-ready document. Are you willing to work from an existing concept and make it the best it can be? I don't need brainstorming and ideas on that level. As an interior designer, l appreciate you might not be willing to work with my concept. I've explored three of my ideas and really like the third. Images are attached.
