Brand Outreach & Sales Partners (10) (Commission Based)

Affidro is stepping up its growth efforts and I’m ready to onboard ten driven Brand Outreach Partners who can introduce our pay-per-sale influencer model to promising D2C names. Day to day, you’ll be starting conversations on Instagram, email, and LinkedIn, walking interested decision-makers through how performance-based influencer campaigns work, and locking in discovery calls that I can join. From there, you’ll help push each lead through proposal, negotiation, and final signature so the deal actually closes. The model is 100 % performance-driven: every closed deal earns you a 10 %–50 % share of the profit generated for as long as the campaign runs. No caps, no fixed ceiling, and no fixed salary—your monthly take-home scales with the number and size of contracts you help close. What I’m specifically looking for • Prior outreach or sales exposure—agency or in-house is fine, as long as you’re comfortable initiating cold conversations. • Clear, confident communication in written and spoken English. • Self-motivation and the persistence to follow up until a “yes” or a definite “no.” • Familiarity with social media marketing and, ideally, influencer marketing. Most of our targets find us on Instagram, though Facebook and YouTube matter to several of the brands we’ll speak with. If you’ve previously liaised with skincare, nutrition, fashion, or even broader lifestyle brands through a marketing agency lens, that background will be immediately useful—just highlight it so I can see how it applies. When you send your proposal, please cover: 1. The outreach or sales roles you’ve held and the results you achieved. 2. The sectors or verticals you know best. 3. How many hours per week you can realistically dedicate to brand prospecting and follow-ups.
