Pangaea is a globally driven CPG company that is looking to hire a social media moderator for comments, DM's, and community engagement. This individual will work with a blend of customer support and social media related inquiries. Our men's skincare company's Instagram currently has 60K+ followers, so this is a great opportunity to grow with the brand. Responsibilities: - Monitor our Instagram and Facebook comments to answer any questions or respond to customers - Establish a tone of voice and consistent rhetoric in all community engagement that reflects the brand ideals - Assist existing and potential customers through Instagram DMs - Work closely with our Social Media Manager to maintain consistency in our brand portrayal - Utilize Shopify, Stripe, and Front to assist existing customers with order or subscription issues - You must be able to log 3-6 hours on weekends, but your schedule can be very flexible. This is a full time opportunity.

I have been in the Customer Service industry for more than 6 years from 3 different contact centers here in the Philippines. I handled Telco, Healthcare, and a direct-selling company in UK(MONAT) in which we are processing account-enrolment, order placement, product recommendation inquiries, refunds, shipping and a lot more via calls, emails, and chats that made my written english skills even stronger. I also worked as a part time VA from April to July this year. My client runs a startup dropshipping store in shopify and my job was to respond to all emails and fb messages that the store received in a daily basis. I created my own email template and automated response in business and professional way. I am a well experienced customer service representative. I have been in the industry for over 9 years and have worked with big companies like Dish Network and Uber to start ups like Mystro. My most recent employment was with Mystro an awesome start up based in San Francisco. I was their sole customer service rep attending to 50-200 tickets a day via Helpscout, responding to Google Playstore reviews and managing their Facebook page and group. I am well-versed in using CRMs like Zendesk, Helpscout, Intercom, Salesforce, Profit21, Bliss, JIRA, Confluence and Dish Promo. I am quick and efficient learner who can recognize patterns and processes in a timely manner.I am great at Google Docs, Microsoft Office and I know basic editing skills for video and photo. I am dependent with self education so should there be any skills or software that is needed to be an effective employee of your company, I am sure it’s something that I can learn and easily adapt.
