Instructional Designer for V&A Training Content

Blue Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer who can create world-class V&A (Voice & Accent) training content tailored for top leadership professionals. We are looking for someone who can develop end-to-end training material, including (but not limited to): Participant Guide / Workbook – learner-facing material with concepts, activities, and reflection exercises. Facilitator Guide (FG) – trainer-facing manual with session flow, instructions, discussion notes, timing, debriefs. PowerPoint Decks (PPTs) – visual aids to support sessions, aligned with the facilitator guide. Handouts / Job Aids – quick reference sheets, checklists, practice guides. Case Studies & Scenarios – leadership-relevant business communication examples. Assessment Tools – pre/post training tests, quizzes, role-play rubrics, observation checklists. Pre-Work Material – articles, videos, self-assessments to prepare learners. Post-Training Reinforcement Guides – email nudges, practice challenges, reflection logs. Manager Toolkits – how leaders can coach/mentor their teams on communication. Evaluation Surveys (Kirkpatrick Model) – Level 1 feedback forms, Level 2 knowledge checks, Level 3 application trackers. Implementation Playbook – rollout roadmap for L&D or HR teams (optional). We will as well need a TTT material handover. TTT Manual – how trainers should deliver, key do’s/don’ts, coaching tips. Trainer Scripts & Talking Points – standardized messages to ensure consistency. Demo Videos / Audio Samples (especially important for V&A) – model accents, tone, articulation. Facilitation Practice Activities – mock sessions for trainer certification.
