Dear all, I have a new house and I wanted to redesign/rebuilt/renovate three areas: 1. Redesign the garden for children. I have two sons, one boy 5 years old and one girl newborn. I wanted to include some swings, sandbox, slides, etc. 2. Design a crystal garden porch. The most important point is to get the sunlight because the house is located in the Netherland and sun hours should be enjoyed as much as possible. I am sure that you are familiar with cold climates and optimizing solar energy. 3. Design Top floor bedroom and bathroom. This is an empty area of the house, and my wife and I would like to have our intimate place, with a beautiful bedroom, bathroom and a modern dressing room. The only point to highlight is that the bathroom should be just over the first-floor bathroom in order to make easier the pipe connection and construction.
