We are looking for a talented, creative Interior Designer and Mural Artist to design a series of custom wall murals and provide strategic interior design suggestions for our boutique homestay. The goal is to elevate the aesthetic appeal of our property by blending vibrant wall art with our existing layout and furniture. Scope of Work: The project is divided into three main areas: Seating Area Murals: Design a captivating, high-impact mural for our main guest seating/lounge area. The design should create an inviting, memorable backdrop for guests (and look great in photographs). Staircase Murals: Design creative artwork/murals tailored for the staircase walls. The concept should flow naturally as guests move between floors, turning a transitional space into a visual highlight. Room Interior & Painting Enhancements: Provide expert suggestions and design concepts to enlighten and refresh our guest rooms. Note: The existing cots, beds, and furniture will remain as they are. We need your expertise to elevate the room's ambiance using strategic paint colors, accent walls, and minimalist room murals that complement the current furniture perfectly. What We Expect From You: Unique, high-quality visual concepts/sketches for the murals. Color palette recommendations (paint codes/shades) for the rooms and common areas. Digital mockups showing how the murals and new paint schemes will look in the spaces. A cohesive theme that aligns with a warm, welcoming, and culturally rich hospitality vibe. Requirements: Proven experience in interior design, wall art, or commercial mural design (Please share a portfolio of similar work). Ability to work with existing structural elements and furniture layouts. Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
