Promoting a new Online Marketplace

Hi, i have a new great website - [login to view URL] I will need somebody with good skills that can help me improove the new customer flow to the site. No SEO job is needed for now. The job consist mainly in promoting like: - adding new posts (products, services, websites and domains) - Sell and Buy offers. - You can grab new listings from flippa, warriorforum etc, Invite new webmasters to post listings on our new marketplace etc. ( you can make this first from 1 account just to have the traffic coming in , so that we the time real customers can register and post their listings) etc etc - You must understand how this kind of project can be promoted online (free and paid promos) - Also the winner will need to create "How our site work" page, a "FAQ" page. All i need is to bring new people to register and start using our portal. If there is anybody with such skills that can realy perform this task - i will hire him fulltime.
