I have an html email flyer and a database of approx 250,000 email addresses. I need guaranteed inbox placement for hotmail and other major UK esp's I would provide you with a test file of 5,000 records that will contain a number of test addresses. I would like you to run a free test and send the email flyer to this list to prove inbox placement. If you are capable of bulk email broadcasting with clean IP's and can prove inbox position, I have a requirement to send 250,000 emails per week.
