100,000 Facebook and 100,000 Twitter fans

I LIFTED THE DESCRIPTION BELOW BECAUSE IT FITS MY NEEDS TO THE LETTER!! PLEASE, READ ON: I'm looking to add 100,000 Facebook fans, 100,000 Twitter fans, Qualified bidders only! Please only bid if you can deliver with requirements below. Time Line • Must be completed in 4 weeks or less Project requirements: • All fans must be real people with active account Facebook accounts (no fake accounts or accounts at risk of being suspended.) • NO bots, • Fans must be from USA • Must be achieved by NO means of Illegal activity • Fans must be active • No spammers or distasteful, illegal or plain sick profile pictures • No fans that will risk my page deleted • You must use good practices when gathering fans. (Facebook account must not be banned/deleted for your actions. It should always be kept active. If Facebook account is not complete/no longer active there will be no payment for this project. • It must be 100,000+ Facebook fans and also 100,000+ Twitter fans and not 50k on fb and 150k on twitter and so on Payment Terms 10% start milestone +25% when I get 50,000 fans in total (Facebook + twitter) +25% when I get 125,000 fans in total (Facebook + twitter) +40% when I get 100,000 fans in Facebook and 100,000 fans in twitter and 7 days(to make sure everything is good and account is safe or if you prove your method is all above board) When bidding please remember • Previous experience is an extra advantage but willing to give newcomers a chance (payment terms will change) • Please provide what techniques you will use to generate fans • You are bidding on my payment terms • Only Serious Bidders please
