We're looking for Community Engagement Manager
The Engagement Manager plays a critical role in ensuring both continued revenue growth and successful engagements with financial advisor and best trader. The Engagement Manager is an integral part of the team involved in the sales cycle, driving growth and new products, providing account oversight and engaging with internal and external clients at all levels.
The Engagement Manager will:
Effectively build client relationships and oversee the day to day activities for a portfolio of prospects and community members.
Identify new areas of opportunity with new and existing members.
Work with the General Manager to secure new accounts and craft strategic solutions for clients' needs.
Support the recruiting and assessment of USA Financial Advisor population.
Align Business Analysts with specific client engagements and manage existing engagements.
Analyze the success metrics for each engagement.
Our start-up is currently in a "private beta version" and in the next three months we plan to find a Venture Capitalist to finance the second round of our Business Plan. Until now the resources that we have at our disposal have been limited, and for this reason, at the moment, we are offering a stock option in our company in exchange for services. If, due to some misfortune or our own incapacity, this does not occur within the agreed time period, collaboration will come to an end with a payment totalling $1,000, and nothing further will be requested from any share. Yet, if matters play out as we foresee, we offer this in addition to the stock-option:
- A competitive base salary
- Discretionary bonus, based on individual, group, and Company performance.
Until we have found the Venture Capitalist, collaboration will take place online, using our SW platform for collaborative work; the subsequent work base will be in New York. Online activity will unfold in compliance with asynchronous procedures, meaning without any obligation of schedules or subordination, but only with a view to producing results. For this reason, and given the offered pay, we believe that in this first phase, collaboration can be compatible with other primary activities that are not in competition with ours.
- Passion for social and digital media;
- Excellent web analytics and technical experience;
- Solid written and spoken communication skills especially for public on line presentations;
- Ability to present complex information in a way that can be understood;
- Previous working experience in venture capital, management consulting or investment banking, or previous experience with a start-up is a big plus;
- A college degree;
- Basic level of financial acumen.
