+1000 PR4+ DoFollow Permanent backlinks

We are seeking 1000 PR4+ permanent, one-way backlinks. I will provide you with with Key Phrases to be used as anchor text. I require all backlinks to be from different websites but related to Finance, Gold, Silver, Investment, Bullion websites. Backlinks on URLS should be active right away. I'd expect them to be picked up in search engines within 1-3 days.
