German Backlinks Needed

Hello, I am in need of german backlinks with german content. The backlinks must fulfill the following requirements: 1. Only german content and german IP 2. Must be niche related. This means no directories, social bookmarking, profile links, etc. Only real content sites! 3. Backlinks should be on a page with at least PR 1 4. Outgoing Backlinks should be lower than 30 5. Backlinks must be permanent and not rented. (if this happens I will tell the staff here on Freelancer to ban you!) I first want to test this service and want to see how good the results will be. No milestones, just tell me how many backlinks you can offer me for exactly $30. So, if you bid higher I will assume that you didn't read this short description and thus I will ignore you.
