I need a personal assistant, to help me out with my online business,
I want to find someone that is very reliable, honest, and hardworking that I can build a long term relationship with.I will preferably choose an spanish speaker.
Task will but not limited include:
List items on eBay using our magento based lister program.
Create Banners, to promote specials.
Helping in SEO our websites.
Answering emails and send invoices to my customers.
General administration duties and online customer support.
Help managing my stores, and creating sales and promotions.
General assistant task.
I would like to have somebody with:
Excell experience of course
Experience managing inventory
Good Internet Connection
If you are a female is a plus.
If you are native spanish speaker is a plus.
I have more projects in mind so experience in hosting sales and support is a plus.
Good attitude and communication skills
Write and speak fluent English - this is a MUST
All those are not requirements, I ll be willing to train you except for the last are a must.
We will be working 8 hours a day 5 days a week (M-F) it may be less in the first few days/weeks, I live in North Carolina (GMT -5 hours) and will require you to work from 8-4 or 4-12 midnight (preferably) on my time, but this is flexible.
I will also be online most of the time you work, and I will require you to have skype in your computer, and reply to my emails or im in a quickly time, you will also be connected to a desktop sharing interface while working , I also require a daily report (15 minutes MAX) of all the task you have done, if you can't fill out this requirement please. don't waste my time.
I will pay weekly or bi-weekly depending on you, and payment will be done via Paypal.
