YouTube Views and Rate Videos and Channels

I need to promote 10 videos I have into Youtube. These videos are (educational/how to) for "Credit Repair" that I will need you to create the Title-Description-Tag when uploading into Youtube to get SEO and Youtube traffic for my targeted keywords that I will provide. I also need to increase our YT channel subscribers, videos views and 5 star ratings for each of my videos with: 1. Five star ratings: 200 for each video 2. Favorites: 200 for each video 3. Comments: 50 for each video (use targeted keywords in comments) 4. Subscribers channel: 200 5. Video views: 10,000 for each video 6. Only manual submit All views and rates should be generated from different GEO locations (IP addresses/ continents) and unique visitors: No bots/ androids/ scripts allowed. Do not use any methods that will get our account/video banned, deleted or suspended, which means you must be an experienced Youtube video expert when it comes to this kind of promotion. Please explain how you will achieve this task and how long it will take. Weekly reports should be provided. PayPal payout. We will be paid out on a weekly basis You must finish the job within 30 days. We will pay half of project cost upfront via GAF and the remainder 10 days after job. Payment is made after review of votes, videos views, channel views and the 10 days is to make sure Youtube will NOT ban, delete or suspend my account. This is a long term project and if I'm satisfied with your service you will have several more similar projects for other websites that I own and promote.
