Customer Experience Associate (Nepali Speaker)

We at TransferFriend are on a mission is to significantly reduce the cost of cross-border money transfers, remittances and educate people on money matters in ASEAN. With the rapid growth of our team, we are searching for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our ranks.

Our Customer Experience Associate ensure our customer's money are always in good hands, they support customers throughout their journey on our application, our specialists can work independently and as our frontline to the customer, they are masters of our app functions and features. They must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy helping our customers with their challenges!

What the job requires you to do:

- Serve potential and current customers in the best, most honest and polite way possible

- Handle conversations professionally, calm, collected and positively

- Maintains customer records by updating and recording relevant data

- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face

- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries

- Provide pricing and delivery information

- Set up new customer accounts

- Process orders, forms, applications and requests

- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes

- Quickly resolve requests and escalate to their right resources if required

- Manage customers' accounts

- Facilitate healthy habits, giving a warm welcome to office guests

- Using spreadsheets, email, phone and other mobile/online apps to communicate clearly and keep themselves updated with what’s latest within the company

We expect you to have:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

- Excellent computer and administration skills

- Soft skills expert, Always holding a charming, polite and professional tone

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Proficient in writing and conversing in the languages you speak

- Must be Bilingual, being Trilingual is an added advantage!

- Tact and discreet, when dealing with confidential information

Required education:

- Bachelor's

Required experience:

- Customer Service: 1 year
