In this fast paced environment flexibility, ownership, partnership and optimism are all a must [login to view URL] Your daily responsibilities look something like this: • Help set-up new client projects in Teamwork – assign tasks, identify timelines and follow-up on progress. • Help manage all aspects of the client on-boarding process - all meetings, tasks, timelines and deliverables. • Schedule and attend, all client intake calls – a 1 hour call to kick-off the on-boarding process. • Schedule and attend all weekly strategy meetings to review and update campaign strategy, take notes and capture deliverables – a 30 minute weekly call for each campaign. • As needed, translate meeting notes into Teamwork tasks and summary updates. • Attend a weekly campaign review meeting with GTE leadership team to provide an update, address issues and collaborate on process improvements. • Communicate regularly with our client’s support & tech teams to confirm processes, gather and share information, and provide support to clients where needed. • Communicate with team and clients to coordinate and schedule meetings. • Manage and update daily all information submitted by clients to ensure Team GTE always has this information at their fingertips - program details, links, documentation, messages, dates, etc. • Review all Teamwork projects daily – ensuring everything is up to date - tasks, links, files, team access, etc and all communication has been responded to, calling attention to anything overdue. • Work closely with GTE Tech team to communicate, test and monitor all tech needs for client campaigns. • Stay in regular contact with your team (both your internal team and our client teams) to ensure you have your finger on the pulse of all campaigns at all times. • Regularly review and improve where needed all systems and processes for the on-boarding and management of client campaigns. Update Teamwork templates with any process changes. • Communicate daily with your Campaign Leader to provide support where needed. • Assist with the gathering of data for client reporting as needed.
