COMMISSION WORK OFFERED ONLY!
I am looking for a public relations firm, promotion company, SEO agency, etc. that would be willing to ONLY take a cut of what my YouTube channel makes off of AdSense for the promotion of it. This is a percentage cut. Once my channel hits 100,000 subscribers, I will open a Patreon account for it and you will receive the same percentage cut of what it generates as well. I won't open a Patreon account before 100,000 subs since if I wait until I hit that mark, Patreon will then actively promote my account.
Just FYI, I have cleared this with Freelancer and they're fine with me offering a commission job as long as it is clearly spelled out as such in this project posting. I have selected "fixed price project" and such because Freelancer doesn't yet have choices for commission work.
How much of a cut you require and what minimum results you're willing to guarantee is what you are to bid. What this means is that if you don't make that "minimum results" for a month, you don't get the percentage cut for that month. In other words, this is a WHYDFML (what have you done for me lately) job. The minimum results must at minimum include X number of new subscribers per month and X number of views per month. Loss of subscribers during a month will be deducted from the new subscriber count for that month. If you like, you can separate out partial views (watching at least three minutes) to full views (watching the entire video) in your bid and give separate minimums for them. Needless to say, these MUST be real subscribers and real views. Not bots. Naturally, I hope you can produce more than the minimum but the minimum is what you're willing to commit to in your bid.
If you would like to sweeten your bid, you can also offer a minimum in "Likes" and "Dislikes" (as both are viewed positively as audience engagement by YouTube, I don't care which the channel gets), comments on each video (again, negative or positive doesn't matter since YouTube views both positively as audience engagement), and shares on Twitter and Facebooks.
If you've gotten this far and are still interested, here's a link to the YouTube channel: [login to view URL]
It currently has 108 videos, 127 subscribers, and 3,622 views. It needs to get to 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 views by February 20, 2018 to qualify for the new YouTube guidelines for monetization, which were announced yesterday (1/16/2018).
If you have any questions, ask and I will try to answer them.
