Hello, we are looking for a sales manager who wants to take care about marketing and sales for our new website. We provide you with: - A fully functional ShopWare shop, well done with premium product information - We take 100% care of the customer handling (communication, invoicing, shipping, etc.) - The shop is in German language only and has sub shops for Germany and Austria, sales to any country can be handled - 27 unique premium natural food and supplement products within the shop. - One of our most famous products is a 45 Euro Liquid Maca Extract which the marketing could be focused on. - Keywords describing our products are: o Maca powder liquid extract capsules menopause, energy, well-being, natural remedy, … o Camu Camu powder capsules, immune system, vitamin c, … o Cacao powder butter nibs beans liquor mass o Purple Corn powder, cholesterol blood pressure o Yacon sirup powder, natural sweetener, diabetics o lucuma powder o Maras Inca Salt o Sprouted quinoa powder grain, essential amino acids, proteins o dried mango and dried physalis o superfood o superfood smoothie, sport, meal replacement o … - Access to our adwords account - Access to our facebook business account - Access to our Google Analytics We offer you: - We offer 15% from total sales volume (excl. VAT). This offer considers our regular shop prices. Percentage can change if you plan to make special offers. - We cover all costs for online marketing. - We offer a one-year contract, paying you 15% of all sales within a year under the following conditions: o You sell at least 500 Euros in the first month o You sell at least 2000 Euros in the first three month o You sell at least 5000 Euros in the first six month o You sell at least 9000 Euros in the first 9 month o You sell at least 14000 Euros in the first 12 month - If you do not reach the expected sales volume we will sit down to talk. We have the right to cancel our agreement in such case. - Under any circumstance you will receive 15% of all sales generated until the moment when this agreement is finished or cancelled. - After one year we will evaluate the situation and may extend our work together. - A no risk business opportunity if you trust that you can generate good sales as to justify your efforts. What we need to know from you: - Who are you? What are your references? - Can you do it? Roughly, how do you plan to get the sales? - What is the required monthly budget for you to achieve the minimum sales figures? This is certainly an essential question as profit depends on it. More sales certainly will also allow a higher budget. We are open for your suggestions. We are open to do further improvements to our shop, to consider new plugins, etc. Expenses for those things will certainly be covered by us if we agree to move forward. We may also expand the product range on our website which will be available for you as well if we do so. We are also open for specific suggestions on similar sales items which may sell well (for example bigger/smaller pack-size, bulk-sales, etc.).
